Our PhilosophyAt Gemini Farms, we believe that literacy is a fundamental right and that every child is capable of growth when given meaningful support, time, and connection.
Learning is approached through a student-centered lens that honors each child’s interests, strengths, and developmental pace. Rather than relying on a single method, instruction draws from research-based practices and is thoughtfully adapted to meet individual needs within a calm, mixed-age learning environment.
Children are exposed to a rich variety of texts, experiences, and modes of expression. Reading, writing, discussion, nature exploration, and hands-on projects are woven together to help students develop both academic skills and a genuine love of learning.
At Gemini Farms, literacy is not treated as a task to complete or a test to prepare for, but as a lifelong tool for understanding the world, communicating ideas, and building confidence.
Through intentional small-group instruction and meaningful outdoor experiences, students are supported as whole learners — intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
Meet the Founder
Gemini Farms Education Services was created by an experienced educator with over eleven years in the classroom and in literacy leadership roles across multiple campuses. With a Master’s degree in Reading and a deep commitment to student-centered learning, Rebecca believes that every child deserves meaningful instruction, encouragement, and the opportunity to grow at their own pace.
Inspired by both her professional journey and her passion for nature-based education, she designed Gemini Farms to be a calm, enriching space where children can build strong academic foundations while also developing confidence, curiosity, and connection to the natural world.
Through small-group instruction, hands-on learning, and intentional outdoor experiences, she is dedicated to supporting children as whole learners — intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
